Join DC Healthy Bites for a fun and informative, health and wellness event to spread awareness of the importance of a healthy diet and support those affected by autoimmune disease.

All net proceeds will be donated AARDA to in support of their dedication to the eradication of autoimmune diseases and the alleviation of suffering and the socioeconomical impact of autoimmunity through fostering and facilitating collaboration in the areas of education, public awareness, research, and patient services in an effective, ethical and efficient manner.

Meet Gina of Simplistic Wholistic
Meet Gina Rieg, a local Certified Health Coach of Simplistic Wholistic. After managing her Ulcerative Colitis dis-ease for over 10 years, Gina transitioned her diet to a REAL and traditional food lifestyle. This life-changing transition supported her healing and health recovery. She is now a passionate Health Coach, guiding her clients through dietary improvements that support their healing and recovery journeys.
Meet Stacy of Paleo Parents
Bestselling authors of Eat Like a Dinosaur & Beyond Bacon, working mom Stacy and her stay at home husband Matthew, are a local suburban family that improved their lives, health and wellness of their three active boys through diet and lifestyle changes.
Since 2010, Stacy and Matt have openly shared their remarkable health journey as Paleo Parents, raising a family in a processed food world.
